By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms are a distance contract under EU and Slovenian law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and ZVPot).

1. Definitions

  • Consumer: a natural person acting outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

  • Merchant / Seller: Urška Podvršič s.p.

  • Digital Content: e-books or any product supplied in downloadable electronic format.

  • Goods: print books or any tangible products.

  • Digital Service: provision of access to digital content via download or streaming.

2. Conclusion of Contract

  1. Add products to the shopping cart.

  2. Fill in required information (name, email, billing/shipping address).

  3. Confirm the order and accept these Terms via the checkbox.

  4. Complete payment.

The contract is formed upon receiving an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to stock unavailability, technical errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Products

3.1. Print Books

  • Physical books delivered via postal services.

  • Delivery fees and times depend on your country and shipping method.

3.2. Ebooks (Digital Content)

  • Delivered via download link immediately after payment.

  • Compatible with standard PDF or EPUB readers (user is responsible for required software/hardware).

4. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are in EUR, including VAT where applicable.

  • Payment methods: credit card, PayPal, or other payment gateways.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery
5.1. Print Books

  • Shipped to the address provided during checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal services.

5.2. eBooks

  • Download link sent via email after payment confirmation.

  • Digital content is considered delivered once the download link is accessed.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. Print Books

  • Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt.

  • Returns must be made in original condition.

  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the consumer.

  • Refunds issued after the book is received.

6.2. eBooks — No Right of Withdrawal After Download

  • Ebooks are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

  • Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and ZVPot, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download begins, provided you consented to immediate delivery.

  • Before purchase, users must acknowledge and consent that the purchase is final and non-refundable after download.

7. Warranty & Non-Conformity

7.1. Print Books

  • 2-year warranty for defective goods (Slovenian Consumer Protection Act).

  • Consumers can request repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal.

7.2. Ebooks (Digital Content)

  • Warranty applies if the digital content is defective, corrupted, or incompatible with standard readers.

  • The seller will provide a corrected version or replacement.

  • No refunds apply after download, except for unresolved technical issues preventing access.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content (text, images, digital files) is copyrighted.

  • You may use e-books for personal use only.

  • Reselling, sharing, or distributing content without permission is prohibited.

9. User Accounts (if applicable)

  • Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

  • Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays in postal services, temporary website downtime, or indirect/consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
